Fulfillment Accounts
Fulfillment accounts are the customers (or other entities) you fulfill items to.
Fulfillment accounts can have multiple locations, each with their own orders and fulfillment schedule.
Managing fulfillment accounts
Section titled “Managing fulfillment accounts”In the “Sales Channels” tab from the top navigation, you can click on a sales channel, then view all your fulfillment accounts as needed, and add new ones.
Each fulfillment account has an action menu where you can edit or delete the account.
Deleting a fulfillment account
Section titled “Deleting a fulfillment account”Deleting a fulfillment account makes it unavailable for future order assignments, but the fulfillment account and it’s orders will still be visible in past fulfillment schedules. Any future items scheduled to be fulfilled to any of the fulfillment account’s locations will cease the day after deletion.
Fulfillment account locations
Section titled “Fulfillment account locations”Fulfillment account locations allow you to have separate orders for each of a fulfillment account’s locations, while optionally targeting a single entity for invoicing.
By default, all fulfillment accounts have one location that can be renamed, but not deleted.
Managing fulfillment account locations
Section titled “Managing fulfillment account locations”A fulfillment account’s page contains all of the options for administering it’s locations, and adding new ones.
When viewing a fulfillment account location, you’ll see the following areas:
Orders
Section titled “Orders”This is where you can administer the location’s orders for a selected date range. It has actions for including a new item, and changing item quantities and prices for orders.
Item quantities and prices cascade into the future. In other words, when you set them, you are setting them for future orders as well.
To see a change log of all order assignments for an item, select “See all assignments” in the item row’s action menu.
Order blackouts
Section titled “Order blackouts”This is where you can administer blackout periods on the location’s orders. It has actions for adding a new blackout, editing an existing blackout, and deleting a blackout.
This is where you can administer the location’s attributes, like it’s name.
If a fulfillment account has more than one location, there will be an action for deleting the location.
