Getting started
Start by signing into your account.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up for one. When setting up your account for the first time, you’ll be asked to provide a name for your shop and to select a currency.
Before You Begin: Preparing to Create Orders
Section titled “Before You Begin: Preparing to Create Orders”To create orders, you’ll need to set up two key components first:
- Fulfillment Account Information
- Product/Item Details
Step 1: Create Your First Fulfillment Account
Section titled “Step 1: Create Your First Fulfillment Account”From the “Sales Channels” tab in the top navigation:
- Select a sales channel
- Click “Add new fulfillment account”
- Fill in the fulfillment account name
- If desired, fill in any of the optional fields
- Save the fulfillment account profile
Step 2: Add Your First Product/Item
Section titled “Step 2: Add Your First Product/Item”From the “Items” tab in the top navigation:
- Click “Add item”
- Fill in the item name
- Fill in the default price of the item
- If desired, fill in any of the optional fields
- Save the item profile
Step 3: Setup Your First Cascading Order
Section titled “Step 3: Setup Your First Cascading Order”From the “Schedule” tab in the top navigation:
- Select the date range you want the initial order to be scheduled during
- Click “Edit schedule”
- In the dialog that opens, the fulfillment account you just created will be selected and so will the item you just created
- Click “Edit schedule” in the dialog
- Enter a quantity and price in one or more columns
- Click “Update schedule” to save your changes

Section titled “Pro Tips”You must create at least one fulfillment account and one item before you can initiate a cascading order.
