Core concepts

Use this page to align terms before daily use.

Your organization account in Lyravine. A shop has one currency and one or more shop locations.

A fulfillment origin. Orders, labels, and invoices are scoped by shop location.

The destination business you fulfill to.

A physical location under a fulfillment account. Each location can have its own schedule.

A grouping/filter dimension used across fulfillment accounts and order reporting.

A repeating order pattern. Future quantities inherit from prior values until you change them.

A temporary date range that sets otherwise-cascading quantities to zero.

Container-level documents generated from orders to support accurate packing and delivery.

Lyravine keeps production, labels, and invoices synced by using one order source of truth. These concepts define that data model.
