Shop locations

Shop locations are the places your fulfillments originate from.

Use Settings -> Shop locations to create, manage, and deactivate locations.

Location lifecycle

Section titled “Location lifecycle”

Create

Section titled “Create”
  • Click Create shop location.
  • Name the location.
  • Open Manage for location-level settings.

Manage

Section titled “Manage”

From a location’s Manage page, configure:

  • About: location details
  • Order blackouts: temporary closures
  • Packing containers: container names and capacities for label generation

Delete

Section titled “Delete”

Deleting a shop location:

  • Stops future fulfillments from that location.
  • Prevents new invoice generation for that location.
  • Cannot be undone.

Order blackouts

Section titled “Order blackouts”

Use blackouts when a location is temporarily closed.

Blackouts set quantities to zero for the blackout date range.

Delivery containers

Section titled “Delivery containers”

Packing labels use container definitions from a shop location.

For each container type, store:

  • Container name
  • Capacity (max items per container)

Then create label batches from Orders or Labels.
